About Mrs. Erb

Mrs. Erb grew up in Connecticut wanting to be an artist or an art teacher for as long as she could remember.  After graduating from high school, Mrs. Erb went to Montserrat College of Art, located in beautiful Beverly, MA, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Arts in 2004.  She also received her Certificate of Completion from the Art Education program at the college in 2004.  Mrs. Erb is certified in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to teach the visual arts in grades PreK-8.  From there she went on to teach art at after school programs and summer programs for the YMCA of the Northshore.  She also was a substitute teacher in Beverly, Peabody, Essex and Manchester, MA.

About a year after she graduated from Montserrat, Mrs. Erb interviewed for an art teacher position in Reading, MA, and the rest is history! She has been teaching art in Reading for 7 years and enjoys her position as the visual arts specialist very much.
